Great facility and staff. Place was clean and climate controlled bin was cool. Kathy and Sherri are very professional and helpful. Will use again when needed.

This review is regarding Sherri Ferris. In August, 2005 I began renting a storage unit at this facility. The units were fairly well kept and the management staff seemed organized. Once Sherri arrived, I noticed a new, higher standard immediately. First of all, customer service and attitude go a long way people. Sherri got to know the customers by name, was excellent at troubleshooting & accommodating requests, and maintained a cheery attitude. The facility was cleaner, items were fixed/repaired, and more new carts were added. Staff and the organizational aspect of business seemed to click. I never had any problems. I also noticed community involvement by Security Self Storage. They sponsored car washes and even entered a float into the Christmas parade. Many people could have taken a storage facility manager position, declared it insignificant, and put only their time into the job. Kudos to Sherri...she went over the top! In case you're wondering; no we're not related; no we're not best buddies. I simply like to point out rare finds when they're found. Thanks.

My company and I have been using this location for over 3 years now. Always very clean. Customer service is excellent. I rely on getting deliveries to my storage space and the staff ensures this happens for me and notifies me when they arrive. Very pleased and would recommend them highly.
