I feel it is imperative to comment on the excellent cutomer service provided by both Jorge and Steve. My husband an I recently moved from NY and we had to find a storage facility immediately. We fortunately came across your facility and one of the things I appreciated most is that, when you do things last minute, you generally find that you don't have much of a choice financially - in this situation, I feel the complete opposite.
